Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and friendly Office Administrator, to join our team on a permanent Full Time basis. Reporting directly to the On-Site Operations Manager, and Director of the company, assisting with all aspects of administration. We currently manage 30 units at Acacia Ridge, all on the same street, and our office is located in coopers plains.

YOUR KEY ROLE:

As a Office Administrator will be to assist the Operations Manager in organising, implementing, and monitoring company policies with our participants and employees.
This office works heavily with Apple products and will require a high level of IT capabilities/troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will also have a working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Drive programming and how they integrate with Apple iOS.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Liaise with stakeholders of each participant
  • Assist with administration and filing
  • Assist with scheduling participant appointment’s
  • Assist with roster employees and participants in our Shiftcare system
  • Assist with meeting preparation, phone calls, emails
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as directed by the manager
  • Participating in corporate and community events
  • Working with Apple products/Google Drive/Microsoft and troubleshooting any programming issues
