Description

Force Inspection Services is a leading oilfield asset and tubular management and services company to the upstream oil and gas industry.  Its core business revolves around drill pipe, drill tools, sucker rods, casing and production tubing, coating services, and tubular products for production and completion. Force’s services include in-plant and mobile inspection, repair, machining, and manufacturing.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Administrative Assistant will provide critical support across multiple departments, including inventory management, operations, health and safety, and general administration. This role ensures the efficient handling of inventory and yard resources, facilitates seamless communication across teams, manages documentation with high confidentiality, and supports safety compliance efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative, inventory coordination, or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory tracking or ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of or experience in a pipe yard or industrial environment is an asset.
  • Familiarity with health and safety practices and learning management systems is a plus.
