ABOUT US:

Foundation Home Loans are a specialist mortgage lender, based in Bracknell in Berkshire. We are specialists because we understand the market and because we know that not everyone has straightforward requirements when it comes to mortgages.
We are looking to enhance our team and currently have a vacancy for an experienced Office Administrator. This is an office based role in modern offices in the Bracknell area.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • To complete Post Room activities including opening & scanning in, in bound post. Operating the franker for outbound post.
  • To complete additional inbound post identification activity
  • Take responsibility for returned mail, calling customers to confirm address and update systems
  • To return redeemed Deeds to customers or solicitors once an account has redeemed in full
  • To return original documents to customers or solicitors
  • Ordering of Adhoc company boxes from re-store
  • To Complete KTA indexing
  • To liaise with couriers for the dispatch of equipment as required
  • To complete day passes
  • Ad hoc tasks as may be required to support Company needs (ordering of stationary & refreshment supplies)
  • Proactively work with line manager on own personal development
  • Adhere to Company policies, standards and procedures
  • Complete all regular training requirements
  • Support Customer Service task

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Clear and confident telephone manner with the ability to effectively communicate with our customers
  • Organised and efficient way of working to be able to manage priorities
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to work on own initiative, meeting deadlines and Service Level Agreements.
  • Demonstrate a customer first approach to service delivery.
