REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, ideally for 2+ years in an office assistant or relevant role
  • Ability to be flexible in respect of work standards and demands. Capable of working under pressure at times and to strict deadlines. Ability to complete tasks. Resilient and able to deal with changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both English and German language
  • Time management skills with the competence to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Proficient with MS Office skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn.

The following qualifications, skills and experience would be an advantage:

  • Experience with MS SharePoint in a corporate environment
  • Previous experience with ISO9001:2015 and/or other quality management approaches
  • Project Management
  • Experience with roster management and submitting payroll hours

Responsibilities:

THIS ROLE

We are recruiting for a highly organised Office Administrator for our Frankfurt based department. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team based in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region, and ensuring the office is running smoothly. The candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience. This is a part-time role, with the possibility of converting to full-time after a few months, depending on requirements.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing day to day administrative support to Management & Team (Technical Services, Planning, Data Centre Installers etc.) for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region
  • Co-ordination and management of calendars and schedules.
  • Create, update and maintain paperwork, records and databases.
  • Management of post, invoices and any other high priority documentation.
  • Liaising with all departments in the business including but not limited to; Planning Team, Hr & Recruitment, Business Operations.
  • Other Ad hoc and administrative duties as required.
  • Taking meeting minutes.
