JOB SUMMARY

The Office Admin+ will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks within the office to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
They will also responsible for additional duties within the Crematorium, such as greeting and helping clients on their pets end of life journey.
Place cremated ashes within the clients chosen vessel.
This role is multi functional and is essential to success when working in a small team. Reportable directly to the Crematorium Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office role is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: £13.15 per hour
    Expected hours: 8 per week

Responsibilities
  • Undertake clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy to both pet owners and veterinary staff.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments for clients attending the Crematorium
  • Utilise computerised systems for data management
  • Greet clients at the crematorium with care and empathy at their time of loss and assist them through their pets end of life journey.
  • Be prepared to place cremated ashes into the clients requested vessel with care and an eye for detail.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as required
