ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
We are looking for an individual that can work in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
Hours: 9:00 – 5:30 pm Monday – Friday (lunch break from 1:00-2:00 pm)
Pay: €27,000 - €30,000 (dependent on experience)

Answering incoming calls and dealing with client queries. Dealing with enquiries, recording/forwarding same to other staff when necessary.
Scheduling appointments for a busy multidisciplinary clinic.
General office admin supporting staff as required.
Undertake any training necessary for the role.
Handling and recording client payments, issuing receipts etc.
