OVERVIEW

We are seeking a mature, reliable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. You will support 15+ plumbers, welders, and labourers working on a large industrial site on the outskirts of North Regina. This role involves collaboration with management to handle documentation, reporting, and day-to-day administrative operations in a construction site office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and punctual
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software quickly
· Fluent in spoken and written English
· High School Diploma or GED (required)
· Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety standards is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

· Provide general administrative support (reports, copying, filing, etc.)
· Perform accurate data entry (time, materials, etc.)
· Order materials and maintain supply records
· Manage and process timesheets
· Create purchase orders (POs)
· Prepare and process invoices
· Handle EDI transactions (work orders, purchase orders) and other site-specific systems
