JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and excellent communication abilities. The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining efficient office systems and providing support to staff and clients alike. You must be able to cover other office staff annual leave as required.

EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in computerised systems and software applications, particularly Microsoft packages
  • Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated clerical skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on phone etiquette.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
