Description

We are a Property Developing and Maintenance Company based in Bath and are looking to add an Administrator to our team. We are extremely focused on finding the right personality to join us.
The job will involve covering Administrative duties for both the reactive and planned maintenance for the vast portfolio of properties we look after. We also have varying projects that we work on as well as developing our own properties.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 730am to 430pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Preparing Invoices and Quotes
  • Social Media entries
  • Liaising with clients and contractors
  • General Administrative work

Requirements:

  • Proven Customer Service experience
  • Property background considered an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task
  • Professional phone manner
  • Excellent communication skills with all team members and clients alike
  • Can do attitude towards tasks
  • Able to make decisions under own initiative with an appreciation for commercial consequences

Reward:
