QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous administrative or accounting experience (experience in construction or electrical industry an asset)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with office software and accounting systems
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable working independently from home
Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Handle PST, GST, and source deductions
  • Track and organize paperwork and employee hours for ongoing jobs.
  • Apply for electricalpermitsand scheduleelectricalinspections
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a work schedule for field staff
  • Help develop and improve office procedures and systems
