Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Associate to join our team at our Cork, Ireland office. This position offers a commitment of 16 hours per week and plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our office environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • This role is primarily administrative, focused on managing and processing incoming and outgoing mail. As such, it is considered a junior-level position, ideal for someone with approximately one year of experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Essential skills include:
  • Ability to scan documents and send emails with attachments via Google.
  • Experience with tracking packages, particularly through services like FedEx, is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with postal service procedures, especially for sending both domestic (Ireland) and international packages, is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A professional approach to handling sensitive and confidential information with care.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and open incoming mail, packages, and letters with attention to detail.
  • Efficiently scan the contents of letters and packages, then email digital copies to the intended recipients.
  • For items requiring physical delivery, coordinate the recipient’s address and provide tracking information for packages to ensure timely delivery.
  • Regularly check the office mailbox and ensure all incoming mail is handled appropriately.
  • Contact the recipient of each delivery to confirm receipt and address any questions or concerns.
  • Handle proprietary and confidential information, ensuring privacy and security at all times.
