ADMIN TASKS:

· Assisting Recruitment
· Local staff calls and Mobile calls
· Updated Mobile diary sheet
· General day to day enquiries
· Complaint Handling and Management of this
· Adhoc projects
· Key List management
· Franchise discovery days
· Uploads on clean link – Data handling
· First Point of contact for Area managers when needing assistance.
· Ezi Planner

OVERALL TASKS:

· Ensuring that KPI targets are reached and maintained on a weekly basis
· Communicate with clients on service issues in a professional and courteous manner and implement solutions/changes to improve service and standards if required within agreed time scales
· Ensure that no client becomes dissatisfied with our performance or service delivery
· Maintain up to date employee files
· Handle day to day enquiries from staff/clients and outside sources
· Typing, filing, photocopying and archiving of documents within the HR function
· Prepare monthly reports as necessary.
· Must be able to handle pressure, high volumes of work and deadlines
· Work on ad-hoc projects that arise
· Using clean link – Internal systems and Keeping them updated.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
