An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our South Molton Residential Sales Office as an administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing our clients with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service whilst at the same time providing excellent administrative support for the local team.
You will effectively work as part of a team ensuring that our clients’ expectations are not just met but exceeded.

Responsibilities

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE OF ADMINISTRATOR YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Experience working as an administrator, ideally within the property sector
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Publisher, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
    You will be required to work 8.45am – 5.30pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday and alternate Saturdays 9am – 1pm (with time of in lieu for Saturday working).
