Based in a comfortable, traditional Suffolk farm-based office in Wickhambrook, GT Vision Ltd are the UK’s foremost independent microscope company, offering a range of microscopes, digital cameras, associated software, and equipment that’s second to none. GT Vision Ltd not only have their own range of branded products but are working collaboratively with many of the world’s most revered microscope and associated equipment manufacturers, such as Leica, Nikon, Evident/Olympus. The business, now under new ownership, is actively looking to further expand.
Located (Approximately-drive time): 20 mins from Bury St Edmunds, 20 mins from Haverhill, 30 mins from Newmarket, 35 mins from Sudbury and 45 mins from Cambridge.
This role would suit someone actively looking to work within a dynamic office environment; you would be part of a small, close-knit, and highly driven team.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and directing visitors, coordinating meetings and appointments, and performing clerical tasks.
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Maintaining office systems and services, organizing office operations and procedures, and supervising staff
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintaining filing systems.
  • Making travel arrangements for the Sales Team, Managers and also handling phone calls and related correspondence
  • Creating processes, improving office services.
  • Monitoring and keeping records of staff annual leave and sick leave
  • Assisting all departments whenever necessary
