Experienced Office Administrator required for a busy security company based in Hornchurch, Essex. The applicant needs to have administration experience and confident in using Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES (DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

  • Handling Calls; confidently and politely establishing the reason for the call and gaining all information needed to take relevant action
  • All office filing/record updates of paperwork when given
  • Working within a team and alone when needed
  • Reporting Directly into Office Manager and Supporting with day to day admin duties
  • Data Input to company system - TimeGate
  • Data input to IT systems as required by the business
  • Report Writing
  • Document Updates
  • Staff Liaison - As required

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE -

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent Organization Skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent Computer skills, including Excel/Word
