Office Administrator
Working in our customer service department primality focused on processing orders, invoicing, dispatching, and dealing with customer queries.

The Responsibilities

  • Order processing,
  • Passing supplier invoices,
  • Stock control,
  • Collection and receipt of goods,
  • Dispatch and invoicing of goods and expediting.

Qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills and be familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • A knowledge of Pegasus/Opera for order processing
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €32,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
