· Provide administrative support to the management team, which will predominately be the Small Works Manager for domestic works. This will include managing enquiries and sourcing the correct information, the quote approval process, ordering materials and managing logistics, including deliveries and stock management and invoicing to the customers.
· Provide support to the director with larger commercial projects including assisting with pricing documents, sourcing information, tracking project changes and carrying out other appropriate administrative duties as required.
· Utilise our operational system (Tradify) and manage logging enquires & jobs, the production of quotations and job service reports. Ensuring the system is always up to date and populated correctly at all times
· Marketing; managing LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Coming up with innovative creative posts and marketing techniques using programs such as Canva.
· Managing company utilities such as fleet related admin, business insurances and tool calibration
· Managing engineer training and compliance courses such as yearly asbestos awareness training
