We’re Hiring - Full-Time Office Administrator
HB Electrical Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team.
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Hybrid role: Split between home and our Bristol office. Must live in or near Bristol.
What we provide: Company laptop + company phone
Salary: £25,500 – £27,000 per year (depending on experience)
Location: Bristol
Employment: Full-time, PAYE
As our Office Administrator, you’ll be the hub of the business - handling scheduling, client enquiries, and paperwork, while also assisting our accountant and finance team with day-to-day tasks.
Company training provided – including Xero (accounts), job management software, and other key systems to help you succeed in the role.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Confident with phones, email, and admin software
Comfortable supporting finance and bookkeeping processes
Great with people and communication
