Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Following some internal promotions, we have an opportunity to hire an Office Administrator to join our busy Cheltenham office.
The objective of this position will be to provide administrative support to the office, while working collaboratively with the wider operations team to ensure a consistent offering of service across all offices. Being one of our largest offices, Cheltenham has an established operations team, and often supports on additional projects such as archiving, as well as a full calendar of events.
Whilst previous administration experience is beneficial, we’re also keen to speak to someone who may even be looking for their first office role and is keen to develop themselves within a professional environment.

This is a versatile role, typical duties will include:

  • Managing the incoming post including distributing, scanning and filing to our systems.
  • Managing the outgoing post which may include preparing letters to clients.
  • Supporting on our current archiving project with the utmost attention to detail, managing the movement as well as the confidential destruction of files.
  • Managing and ordering office supplies and equipment.
  • Assisting with room preparation, ordering lunches and arranging refreshments when required
  • Working closely with the Group Operations Manager to maintain health and safety and office standards.
  • Ad-hoc scanning or copying of files.
