  • Reporting to the Director of People & Communications, you'll provide administrative and office coordination support across several business functions including Sales, IT, Finance and People & Culture. This is a pivotal role responsible for keeping the office running efficiently while supporting meetings, travel, reporting, inductions and office operations. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll become the central point of coordination across the business and play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations.DutiesCoordinate meetings, travel and calendars
  • Prepare agendas and meeting documentation
  • Support IT requests and equipment coordination
  • Run reports and liaise with Analytics
  • Coordinate employee inductions
  • Order office supplies and manage office administration
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Support multiple business functions with administration
  • Assist with sales meetings and internal events
  • Provide general office coordination
