  • Familiarity with payroll System and Eque2 is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office(Docs, Sheets,) for daily operations.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
  • Good phone etiquette and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to team members and assist with scheduling meetings.
  • Utilise payroll system to calculate and process wages
  • Utilise Eque2 for basic financial record-keeping and invoicing.
  • Utilising Heatcraft database to book customer care jobs and feed back to the clients.
  • Maintain an organised office environment that promotes productivity.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette.
  • Use Excel / word applications effectively for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
