Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring clear communication between Patients and Therapists.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  • Promptly follow up with clients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and any inquiries.
  • Support therapists in ensuring a smooth flow of daily clinic operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and insurance paperwork.
  • Identify and proactively address client needs to ensure a positive experience.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING DUTIES

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create engaging content for multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
