JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, providing support to various departments, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous office experience is desirable. School/College leavers would be considered.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Sage packages desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work well within a small team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills.
