The ideal candidate will have some experience in a clerical/admin setting - bringing experience and skills to the role BUT prepared to be flexible and proactive in their thinking! This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with the company and make the role your own!

The role will include, (but not limited to);

  • Managing Van Maintenance/Compliance schedules,
  • Supplier Management, sourcing material/supplies & quotations with an eye on providing value for money,
  • Booking accommodation for team members working away,
  • Using 0365, SharePoint & Database tools, (training for the database tools will be provided),

You will be able to demonstrate;

  • A willingness to learn and develop,
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude,
  • Experience of using Office 365 programs to a good level,
  • Experience in an Administrative/Clerical or Admin role,
  • Clear communication skills both verbally and in writing,
  • Negotiation skills,
  • Ability to drive & have own transport

Hours/Pay:

  • £12.21 per hour, (for 12 week period - increase dependant on progression)
  • Monday to Friday - no weekends!
  • Working hours 8am – 4pm, but flexible to both your and company needs!
