This position plays a huge part in supporting our growing commercial cleaning and building maintenance company throughout the Treasure Valley. No two days are exactly the same — one minute you might be organizing inventory, the next helping process invoices, coordinating supplies, assisting managers, or supporting our field teams behind the scenes. The Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM schedule also makes this an excellent fit for parents or anyone looking for consistent daytime hours while still maintaining work-life balance. What You’ll Be Doing Responsibilities may include: • Maintaining organization throughout the office and warehouse • Managing accounts payable and vendor invoices • Handling accounts receivable and customer payments • Ordering janitorial products, office supplies, and equipment • Tracking inventory and keeping supply areas stocked and organized • Assisting managers and supervisors with administrative support • Greeting potential candidates and assisting with onboarding support • Creating spreadsheets, reports, and basic documentation • Assisting with scheduling and internal communication • Helping maintain employee files and office systems • Supporting special projects, marketing materials, and company events • Jumping in wherever needed to help the team succeed This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, wearing multiple hats, and being an important part of a growing company.
