Office administrator required for architects in Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator for our busy and expanding architectural practice, currently 18 in number. The successful candidate will provide a range of support activities across the practice.

Role:

  • Administrative support to Architects
  • PA to Directors
  • Assist with IT queries and liaising with IT support service
  • Engagement with Rapport management system
  • Monitoring of e-tender website
  • Support in managing public and private tenders
  • Organising office events and meetings
  • Management / supervision of office diaries
  • General office administration & receptionist duties
  • Further expansion of role anticpated as the practice grows

Skill you will need:

  • Minimum 7 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent IT knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Fluent English essential
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks to a high standard and meet deadlines
  • Experience of working with construction professionals a benefit but not essential.
  • Must be eligible to work in Ireland

Hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm
Salary DOE.
