Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
  • HR/ Admin: 1 year (Preferred
Responsibilities
  • Checking emails promptly and answering them appropriately.
  • Creating gate passes and liase with agents for quick update.
  • Instructing technical department for mobilization, ensuring smooth mobilization.
  • Preparing Tool List.
  • Arrange Meetings within the company.
  • Attending the calls & inform the respective persons, if it is an inquiry ask them to send an email or give the sales incharge number.
  • Cross department coordination (sales & Technician) to mobilize the team.
  • Maintain register of technician’s movement and overtimes.
  • Need to notify the technician’s extra hours in Zoho People.
  • Need to check all of the employees’ check-in and check out times. If technicians are unable to check in and out while onboard, and need to check with them and make the necessary changes in the attendance HR Software.
  • In addition, for the overtimes, Need to include the Job number and vessel name in the comments section.
  • Applying CID Clearance before due date.
  • After any job is completed, need to follow up the payments.
  • Need to create the managing director’s schedule and handle the documention work.
  • Preparing and sending any documents required for management/administrative purposes.
  • Assissting accountant in payroll.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
