We are a multi-provincial transportation company operating throughout Canada and the United States looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to perform a wide range of clerical tasks including recruiting new drivers.
Its a full time position at Surrey, BC

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and communications
  • Prepare and process new hire paperwork and input digital data accordingly.
  • Work with management to coordinate recruiting.
  • Assist the HR Team in recruitment activities – job ads, selection, interviews, preparation of hiring paperwork, letters and reports.
  • Administration and coordination of new hires, transfers, promotions, exit interviews, benefits, departures and performance management.
  • Assist in the coordination of training and tracking training certificates.
  • Enter new hires, departures, transfers, status changes, salary adjustments.
  • Assist with the filing and ongoing maintenance of employee files.
