We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
