Description

Qualifications: * With experience as a Certified Safety Officer 4 (DOLE-accredited training). Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in a BPO, manufacturing, or industrial environment * Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field * Knowledgeable in HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control) and JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) * In-depth knowledge of local safety regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental compliance requirements * Familiar with DOLE OSH standards, toolbox meetings, safety audits, and incident reporting * Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring workplace safety programs * Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills >Excellent communication and training skills to conduct safety orientations and workshops * Ability to enforce safety policies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams * Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple safety initiatives simultaneously * Good communication skills and can coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and workers * Open to work onsite and on a shifting schedule Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and implement Health and Safety programs HIRAC and JHA for site activities • Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and inspections • Monitor site compliance with safety rules and laws • Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports • Coordinate with the safety team and management Through our dedicated associates, Conduent delivers mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments - creating exceptional outcomes for our clients and the millions of people who count on them.
