As we continue to grow rapidly under new management, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our service coordination team and play a key role in handling reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a similar role (service desk, maintenance coordination, or admin support).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CMMS/helpdesk software (desirable).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • A team player with a customer-focused attitude.

  • Reactive Job Coordination:

Receive and log breakdown calls and reactive service requests from customers.

  • Job Assignment:

Schedule and dispatch qualified field engineers using our internal systems.

  • Customer Communication:

Provide timely updates to clients regarding job progress, delays, and completion.

  • Work Order Management:

Ensure that all jobs are completed within target response times and maintain clear documentation throughout.

  • Administration:

Update internal records, asset logs, and invoicing details. Support contractor paperwork and compliance processes.

  • Compliance & Safety:

Maintain standards in line with UK safety and construction regulations.
