SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Superior time management and multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, to work in high-pressure situations and respond to conflicting demands, changing priorities and tight deadlines with minimal supervision
· A professional, responsive, resourceful, flexible and positive work attitude is essential
· Self-starter who exhibits confidence, uses initiative and seeks opportunities to learn and improve
· Proficient with MS Office, knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting and tax software is an asset
· Proven previous experience as an Administrative Assistant working independently on the full range of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.

Pay: $34,400.00-$60,373.37 per year
