Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

Good interpersonal skills along with competent telephone manner and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. An ability to multitask with attention to detail is essential, a self-motivated, individual able to work as part of a small team to deliver excellent customer service.
Any further training would be as required by employer or would be job specific to develop job role based skill set.

Responsibilities
  • Answering telephones and greeting visitors to the company as initial point of contact.
  • Booking courier and transport services for equipment both locally and internationally.
  • Liaising with the Chamber of Commerce for Certificate of Origin Documentation.
  • Booking Personnel Logistics – travel, accommodation & VISA’s where necessary.
  • Working with Senior Management to co-ordinate external client training courses.
  • Maintain all elements of training & associated matrix’s. for company personnel.
  • Typing of general office documents including, purchase orders & all others as required.
  • Assisting Management, Operations, Workshop and Accounts Personnel.
  • Supporting the administrative duties carried out by other office based personnel.
  • Carrying out internal audits as per Quality Management System Policy and Procedures
  • Deputy Sentinel Management & Co-Ordination Duties, including booking of medicals & training for the Rail Industry.
  • Maintain Office planner
  • Supporting the Quality Manager to help staff comply with and make aware of all policy / procedural changes.
  • Ensure document control processes are maintained within the company.
  • Compliance with company policies with emphasis on Quality / Health & Safety.
  • Process & manage purchase orders, delivery notes & assist with supplier databases.
  • Maintain Job folders, to include enquiry forms, risk assessment & method statement collation.
  • Be the company point of contact for IT Service provider & assist in website update matters.
  • Other duties as required by employer.
