JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Previous administrative experience preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Experience with job management or CRM software is a plus
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Must be willing and keen to learn about the company and its products in full, to gain a proper understanding of the business and support it effectively

Responsibilities

· General office administration and clerical support
· Handling incoming calls, emails, and post
· Booking in works and scheduling appointments
· Sorting job sheets for engineers and closing them down once completed
· Sending completed job sheets to clients in a timely manner
· Assisting with preparation and processing of quotes and invoices
· Maintaining and ordering office supplies
· Supporting the wider team with scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
· Assisting the Service Director as and when required
· Managing filing systems, both digital and paper-based
· Assisting with HR and finance admin as required with invoicing & quotes
· Welcoming and assisting visitors
· Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and professional
