OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks. This position requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to manage front desk responsibilities effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as an office administrator or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with civil engineering industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
  • Experience with phone systems and managing front desk responsibilities is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsfot applications (Outlook, Teams, Onedrive) is required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in Enlish and Chinese
