Kleanest Australia is seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator on a part-time basis. This role will require someone with excellent communication skills and a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Office Location: 9 Bay Street, Southport 4215 QLD.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic website management.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, marketing, or sales support role is a plus.
Responsibilities

Call Sales & Client Communication: Handle inbound/outbound sales calls, respond to client inquiries, and follow up on client feedback.
Email Management: Organise and respond to emails, prioritise communication, and ensure timely responses.
Marketing & Social Media: Manage social media accounts, create and post content, and monitor engagement.
Website Maintenance: Update and maintain the company website with fresh content and necessary changes.
Project Tendering: Assist with preparing and submitting tenders for new cleaning projects.
Client Feedback Follow-up: Track and follow up on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
General Office Support: Assist with other duties as assigned.
