Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese , interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with a variety of individuals and functions throughout the company
  • Computer Proficiency with MS Office Applications
  • Must be logical, organized and have a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to manage relationships with customers, distributors and co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must have customer service experience (preferable experience in Kitchen renovation business, cabinet, flooring or construction industry)
  • Excellent organizational, time management and leadership skills
  • Handle complains, maintenance requests and other concerns;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Job duties:
· Directly engaged in sales activities
· Maintaining up to date knowledge of the products and services
· Build ongoing relationships with customers
· Responding to customer product inquiries both in person and via phone/email
· Ensuring accurate, timely order processing through the computerized order processing system
· Coordinate and plan order delivery schedule
· Following up with the freight brokers to get update of shipment
· Inventory management
