This position is responsible for managing daily office operations, including handling phone calls and emails, organizing correspondence, and maintaining electronic and paper records. The role includes coordinating appointments, supporting scheduling and dispatch for field staff, and ensuring office equipment and supplies are monitored and ordered as needed. The Office Administrator will assist with customer inquiries, prepare basic reports and documentation, and support invoicing and data entry tasks. This role works closely with management and other team members to maintain an efficient, well-organized office environment that supports overall business operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills, including organizing tasks, managing records, and supporting daily operations.
