JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Landscaping Project Coordinator/Office Administrative Assistant at Nature’s Edge Garden Center in Bemidji, Minnesota, you will be working in a fun, fast-paced, customer-focused team providing landscaping services to residential and commercial clients in northern Minnesota.
You will be working in an office setting at our off-site landscaping location. Hours are Monday through Friday day time. Salary is based on experience and qualifications and ranges from $20 to $26 an hour. This is a full time, year-round position with seasonal flexibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Three or more years of office experience
· Knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and/or construction management
· Four year degree preferred

Responsibilities

· Provide operational support to landscape project managers, superintendents, and team members.
· Provide excellent customer service by answering clients’ phone calls and emails, schedule bids and projects and assist customers with concerns, warranty issues and invoice payments.
· Develop, implement and maintain office procedures and work systems to assist with project coordination, scheduling, invoicing, and clients’ needs.
· Confer with team leaders, superintendents, project managers and company owners to outline work plans and daily schedules, assign duties, maintain deadlines, and exceed customer expectations.
· Complete and update timely and accurate invoices throughout projects and conduct follow up communications with clients.
· Complete payroll using QuickBooks Online
· Use construction software to seek out job opportunities, complete progress reports and pay apps, lien waivers and insurance certificates.
· Provide operational support for human resources and onboarding of new employees.
· Reconcile purchase receipts in LMN Software to specific jobs, equipment, vehicles, and projects.
· Maintain employee training records and vehicle and equipment records.
· Oversee landscape marketing campaigns.
· Provide analytical data to assist in job costing, project management and company profitability by completing weekly P&L reports.
