Person wanted to fulfil the role of office administrator as part of an administration team.

Duties and Responsibilities include

  • Handling email and phone inquiries.
  • Taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
  • Assisting colleagues whenever possible.
  • Taking inventory and replacing office supplies when necessary.
  • Updating and maintaining employee records
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You must be able to communicate well with others and take instructions where necessary.
  • Attention to Detail: Some tasks require a good eye for detail, such as data entry
  • Computer Skills: You will need an excellent working knowledge of specific computer applications – MS SharePoint. Much of the job involves using a computer and answer emails.
