Responsibilities Lead Processing Process all sold jobs according to Customer Processing Checklist, including data entry, mailings, missing paperwork, etc. Process and verify installations according to Customer Processing Checklist, including data entry, finance submissions, mailings, missing paperwork, etc. Both Sales and Installs must be completed by 5pm the business day following the work-date unless items are missing from the branch. Verify daily deposits and apply payments into Centah Run daily finance funding reports and apply payments into Centah Promptly report all errors of paperwork to General Manager for correction via missing paperwork log Missing Paperwork log to be updated and cleared daily as sales and installs are processed Timecards/ Payroll Confirm receipt of daily installer timecards by 9am branch time Verify in/out times match what has been reported in Paycom Verify that reported services, installs, and percentages are correct Verify timecards are correctly filled out and signed by installer Enter installer time into Centah Perform weekly timecard check to confirm hours match in Paycom and Centah as a Pre-Payroll check Email weekly Pre-Approval questions to branches Correspondence Mail out contracts for customers without emails Mail out customer requested items such as invoices and contracts Send out AR letters upon Regional OA instruction Process Check Requests upon Regional OA instruction Process CC and Finance refunds upon Regional OA instruction Various admin duties as required by OA and/or OA manager including, but not limited to: Coverage of other locations as staffing requires, running reports, leading meetings as needed, assisting Regional OA in admin tasks related to support of the business Qualifications Delivers on commitments and expectations.
