  • Experience in construction, restoration, warehouse, or administrative roles is an asset.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Front‑Desk Reception: Greet customers, employees, subcontractors, and guests professionally and courteously.
  • Supply Management: Ensure office and workshop supplies are adequately stocked—procure and replenish via cost‑effective channels.
  • General Admin: Perform day‑to‑day tasks including filing, scanning, mail handling, and running company errands.
  • Facility Upkeep: Organize, clean, and maintain common areas, restrooms, and office equipment (printers, computers, shredders).
  • Plan company events
  • Payroll Support: Track and process timesheets
  • Job Budgets: Maintain project budgets—monitor labor hours and materials costs in real time.
  • Morning Check‑Out: Prepare and assign equipment/materials to each job site.
  • Real‑Time Tracking: Log inventory usage throughout the day to ensure accurate inventory records.
  • End‑of‑Day Returns: Receive returned items and restock.
  • Stock Monitoring & Reordering: Maintain par levels; place cost‑effective orders to replenish supplies per company guidelines.
  • Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized—labeling, shelving, and systematizing inventory, ensuring online inventory system matches physical stock count
