Lighthouse Risk Services, a specialist health & safety consultancy and proud member of the JMG Group, is seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our friendly team based in Yeadon.
We work with clients across the UK, providing expert advice and support to help them manage their Health & Safety responsibilities. As our Office Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our clients receive an exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Uploading of work received into our database.
  • Taking calls, both from external clients and internal consultants.
  • Processing of training documents.
  • Collating data for O&M manuals.
  • Issuing consultants work to clients by uploading to the online portal and email.
  • Banking cheques and notifying accounts of payment received.
  • Adding of E-Learning training and liaising with accounts to invoice.
  • Producing training certificates.
  • Weekly invoicing for completed jobs.
  • Updating client files and folders.
