QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are prepared to train the right candidate if they are ready and willing to learn.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with callers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple reservations simultaneously.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, making changes to existing reservations, and offering vehicle recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, services, and local attractions to assist customers effectively.
  • Utilize industry specific management software and phone systems to process reservations and update customer information accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that passenger preferences are met, and special requests are fulfilled.
  • Conduct reservation audits as required, ensuring all reservations are accurate and properly entered.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to reservations, including data entry and reporting.
  • Monitoring inbound flights for delays and tracking vehicle locations via GPS.
