Position Summary: We are seeking an energetic, positive personality to join our team as an Assistant Sales and Administration Associate. This person will assist in all functions of sales and the front office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, tasks such as answering phones, taking customer orders, preparing promotional materials for distribution, as well as interacting with management, sales team members and warehouse personnel. This is a full-time day shift position open immediately. Our company provides a comfortable and relaxed work environment, generous Medical Benefits, and 401K. Our team is experienced, personable, and extremely efficient. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the company. Strong computer, people, and phone skills are required. Responsibilities: Providing friendly, accurate, timely response to customers. Answering phones. Taking customer orders Review and forward invoices with proof of deliveries to customers. Work with sales personnel to achieve required sales team goals. Prepare promotional materials, website and online products. Maintain professional demeanor while expediting all functions of workflow. Assist with completing any required sales reports. Maintains regular attendance, is consistently on time, and observes prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards. Other duties as assigned. #INDS&S Requirements Physical Requirements: This is a typical office type environment, working at desk, working on computers, etc. Some minor lifting may be required. Requirements Minimum Requirements: Reliable transportation. Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks. Effective written and oral communication skills; demonstrated excellent organizational skills. Type 40+ wpm and computer knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to respond appropriately to constant change in priorities and services as dictated by management. Additional Beneficial Knowledge/Skills: Working knowledge of sales/distribution/warehouse flow is a plus. Experience using word-press, woo commerce, online marketing a plus, but not required.
