Lochrin Bain Ltd, the countries leading security fencing manufacturer based in Cumbernauld, has a vacancy in our head office for an Office Administrator.
Working Monday to Friday from 9am to 2.30pm (can be flexible for the right candidate), duties will be general admin duties utilising Microsoft Office products such as word and excel.
Applicants will also be required to handle inbound telephone calls from existing and potential customers and therefore must have an excellent friendly telephone manner.

SUMMARY

As an Office Administrator, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will utilize your core skills in computer proficiency, administrative experience, and organizational abilities to manage daily tasks effectively. Your premium office experience will enhance our team’s efficiency, while your relevant skills in Microsoft Office will support various administrative functions. We expect you to maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette, contributing to a productive and welcoming workplace for all employees and clients.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: £19,000.00 per year
