Lock Doctor is Ireland’s largest locksmith company, providing domestic, commercial, and automotive locksmith services across the country. With a reputation for reliability and excellent customer service, we are now seeking a motivated Office Administrator to join our team at our head office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced environment will be an advantage, though not essential as trainng will be provided.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of payroll or bookkeeping systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a bonus but not essential.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our head office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, maintaining efficient office operations, and assisting with various tasks to help drive our business forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them appropriately.
  • Handle office correspondence, filing, and data entry tasks.
  • Support team members with scheduling, reporting, and administrative duties.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and general accounts duties.
  • Other general administrative tasks as required.
