Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As our Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing office operations, ensuring a positive workplace culture, and assisting with HR and administrative tasks. You will be the go-to person for maintaining office supplies, organising events, supporting recruitment, and ensuring our internal systems and processes run efficiently.
The role is fully office-based in our London office, and designed for someone seeking a part-time position, working 24 hours per week across 3 days. We also offer 2 – 3 days of work from home per month.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Office Maintenance – Manage office supplies, oversee cleanliness, and ensure equipment is functional.
  • Culture & Engagement – Create and maintain an office rota, coordinate team engagement initiatives, and organise events.
  • HR & Admin Support – Maintain internal systems, assist with recruitment tasks, and support onboarding processes.
  • General Administrative Duties – Ensure time sheets are submitted, attend meetings punctually, and complete ad hoc tasks as required.
