As we grow our team, we are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our agents, enhance operations, and contribute to our dynamic company culture.

  • Manage property listings on platforms like Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and our CRM systems—updating, monitoring, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as drafting contracts, tenancy agreements, NOCs, lease forms, and processing Trakheesi permits. Dubai Job Center+1
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, professionally managing incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, property viewings, team meetings, and maintaining the office filing system.
  • Support financial and operational tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, data entry, and preparing periodic reports, - Real Estate Management
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai’s real estate regulatory frameworks (RERA, DLD, Trakheesi), maintaining organized records and documentation.

Previous experience (1–3 years) in real estate or administrative roles, ideally within Dubai.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per mont
