Your expertise will be crucial in providing back-office support to meet both internal and external customer needs.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0830 to 1700
Salary: £24 - £26K
The company was founded in the early 2000’s and has been growing ever since. They have expanded their facility in Coatbridge and added state of the art technology to their manufacturing set up… and are still growing, so additional support is required!

Qualifications: Proven experience in office administration and familiarity with office management procedures.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office and office management software; excellent communication and organisational skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining records and managing office supplies.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, capable of addressing enquiries and resolving issues.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Dependable: Reliable and responsible in fulfilling duties and meeting deadlines.
Proactive: Takes initiative to improve office operations and support team needs.
Professional: Maintains a professional demeanour and appearance at all times.

Coordinate Office Activities: Ensure efficient operations by managing schedules, meetings, and appointments.

Support Bookkeeping and Budgeting: Assist finance with, invoicing, and budget tracking.
Maintain Office Supplies: Track inventory and order supplies to avoid interruptions.
Database Management: Create and update records
Customer Service: Provide support to both internal and external customers, addressing enquiries and resolving issues.
Assist with HR Tasks: Help with onboarding, maintaining personnel records and leavers
Prepare Reports and Presentations: Compile necessary reports and presentations.
